Thank you for choosing Remote Moon Blessing™, a spiritual wellness service by Life Qi International Sdn Bhd. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Description

Remote Moon Blessing™ is a subscription-based energy service provided by Life Qi International Sdn. Bhd. It delivers lunar-aligned energetic blessings remotely to subscribers twice a month — during the New Moon and Full Moon. These sessions are performed remotely and are designed to support emotional well-being, energetic alignment, and spiritual growth.

2. Spiritual Disclaimer

Remote Moon Blessing™ is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. It is a form of energetic and spiritual support and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. Individual experiences may vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your own well-being.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • This service is billed on a monthly basis at the rate shown at the time of subscription.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before your next billing date.

  • You will receive email updates after each blessing, sharing the energetic focus and key themes.

  • All charges are processed securely through our payment gateway.

     

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
Once cancelled, blessings will continue until the end of your current paid period. No additional charges will apply thereafter.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of remote energy work, blessings are performed on your behalf and cannot be reversed once initiated. As such, no refunds will be issued for completed blessings.
If you do not wish to continue, please cancel before your next billing cycle.

6. Privacy Policy

Your name and email are collected solely for the purpose of managing your subscription and delivering session updates. We respect your privacy and do not share your information with third parties.

7. Changes to Terms

Life Qi International reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or published on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we stand behind the integrity and intention of our energy work, Life Qi International Sdn Bhd and its team shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Remote Moon Blessing™ service.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal decisions, emotional experiences, or financial outcomes. By subscribing, you acknowledge that this is a spiritual support service, and participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
